The 30-Day Cuddle Trial

Every Huggu comes with our 30-day cuddle trial. If Huggu isn't the right fit for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • The item must be in like-new condition, with the motor module unused beyond gentle testing.
  • Please keep the original packaging for the return.
  • Return postage is covered by the customer; original shipping isn't refundable.
  • One cuddle trial per household.
  • Change-of-mind refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of our inspection.

To start a return, email support@huggu.com.au with your order number — we'll walk you through it from there.

Pre-Orders

Changed your mind before your Huggu ships? Email us any time before dispatch and we'll cancel and refund your pre-order in full — no questions, no fees.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Huggu arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at support@huggu.com.au with a description and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Return postage for faulty items is on us.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
