If your Huggu comes back significantly damaged in a way that suggests it's been used contrary to the safety guidelines — for sleep, in a cot, on a bed — we may not be able to refund. We'll always talk to you about it first. This is a rare exception, written down so it's never a surprise.

How do I start a return? ▾
Email us at support@huggu.com.au with your order number and a one-line reason — that's it. No survey, no callback, no upsell. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost — we recommend Australia Post tracked ($10–15) so you can confirm delivery back to us.
Do I have to wait the full 30 days? ▾
No. You can return any time within the 30-day window — day three or day thirty, same deal. We'd just gently suggest giving it at least a week, since most parents find their rhythm by then.
What if my Huggu arrives damaged? ▾
That's separate from the trial — and we'll fix it immediately. Email us a photo and your order number; we'll send a replacement on us, no return needed unless you'd prefer to.
How long until I see the refund? ▾
Within 5 business days of us receiving the return, refunded to the original payment method. Bank-side processing can add a couple of days on top — usually it's faster than that.
I bought it as a gift — can the recipient return it? ▾
Yes. The 30-day clock starts when the parcel was delivered. The recipient can email us with the order number — we'll handle the return as if they'd bought it themselves. The refund goes back to whoever paid.
