Ready in under 30 seconds.
Charge the paw. Wake Huggu with the remote. Place the paw. Dial in your rhythm. Lift away when you're done. That's it — five tiny steps and a soft pat on tap for the fussy moments.
Five tiny steps. Yours to adjust, every single time.
Appropriate for children up to and including 36 months of age. Supervised awake-time use only.
Charge the paw
The patting module sits inside Huggu's right paw and charges over USB-C.
Wake Huggu
Hold the button on the remote. One soft tone confirms it's on.
Place the paw
Soft mitten paw lightly on baby's tummy or side. Always awake. Always with you.
Dial it in
Rhythm, music, volume — three buttons, controlled separately. No app, no phone needed.
Lift away when you're done
When the comforting moment is over, Huggu goes back to the shelf. Never goes in the cot or bassinet, never unattended.
You're still the one in the room.
Huggu just gives your arm a rest.
Tired hands after minutes — or what feels like hours — of patting? That's where Huggu comes in. While you stay right there, present and watching, Huggu holds the rhythm so your hands don't have to. Not forever. Just long enough to breathe.
Huggu is for supervised awake-time use only. It's not replacing you or your presence — it's making sure you can sustain that presence longer, through the moments that test you most.
✓ Always supervised · awake-time only · never in the cot
Your instinct, gently held.
Every parent figures it out by accident — a steady, rhythmic pat settles babies. Huggu's middle finger flexes in that same gentle motion so your arm can rest while the moment does its work. Three speeds. You're always right there.
"Together with Huggu while awake.
Sleep safely without it."
Huggu is for active awake-time soothing only — never a sleep aid, never a substitute for you. Lift Huggu away the moment comforting is done. Never goes in the cot or bassinet, never unattended. Follow Red Nose Australia at rednose.org.au.
